1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to mobile games, applications, websites, customer-support channels, and related online services that are owned or operated by Paradigm Diagnostics, Inc. and link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). References to “Paradigm Diagnostics,” “we,” “our,” or “us” mean Paradigm Diagnostics, Inc.
For privacy laws that use the terms “controller,” “business,” or similar language, Paradigm Diagnostics, Inc. is the entity responsible for deciding why and how personal information is handled, except where another company—such as an app store or advertising provider—acts independently under its own privacy policy.
This Policy does not govern third-party games, websites, advertisements, app stores, device operating systems, or services that we do not control, even when they are linked from or accessible through our Services.
2. Game-specific privacy summary
The table below summarizes the current public releases of our games. A future release may have different features. If that happens, we will update the relevant app-store disclosure and this Policy as appropriate.
| Service | Developer collection | Potential third-party sharing | Accounts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Traffic Moto Racer Android package: com.traffic.moto.racer | Approximate location, app interactions, device or other identifiers, crash logs, and other app-performance data may be collected. | Approximate location, installed-app information, and device or other identifiers may be shared with third parties. | No Paradigm Diagnostics player account is required for the current version. |
| Flappy Chick Quets Android package: com.appflappychickquest.flappych | The current Google Play Data Safety disclosure states that no data is collected by the developer. | Device or other identifiers may be shared with third parties, for example when an integrated service provides ads, attribution, fraud prevention, or store functionality. | No Paradigm Diagnostics player account is required for the current version. |
This website is static. It does not run our own analytics or advertising cookies. It stores only your light/dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. If we add analytics, forms, or other tracking technologies later, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are used.
3. Information that may be handled
3.1 Information you provide directly
You may voluntarily send information when you contact support, report a bug, respond to a survey, participate in a promotion, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name or chosen display name, email address, message content, screenshots, device or game details you include, and any other information you choose to send.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or information about another person unless it is necessary and you have permission to do so.
3.2 Gameplay and local device data
Game progress, high scores, settings, unlocked characters, and similar gameplay state may be saved locally on your device. Local data normally remains under the control of your device and may be removed when you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the game. If a future version adds cloud saves, leaderboards, profiles, or multiplayer features, we will provide additional notice about the information those features use.
3.3 Device, technical, and network information
Depending on the game version, platform, device settings, region, and third-party services included in the app, technical information may be processed automatically. It can include:
- Device or other identifiers, such as an advertising identifier, app-set identifier, installation identifier, or vendor identifier;
- Device type, operating-system version, app version, language, time zone, screen characteristics, and general configuration;
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address or network region, but not precise GPS location unless a separate prompt expressly requests permission;
- Internet Protocol address, network type, timestamps, and basic request information;
- Crash details, performance metrics, error logs, and diagnostic signals; and
- Advertising events, such as whether an ad was requested, displayed, viewed, or selected.
We do not claim that every data type above is used in every game or release. The app-store disclosure and any in-game consent notice provide the most specific information for the version you use.
3.4 Purchases and platform information
In-app purchases are processed by the platform from which you obtained the game, such as Google Play or, for future releases, Apple’s App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card number. We may receive a purchase status, product identifier, transaction token or receipt, country/region, price tier, and similar information needed to validate, restore, support, or prevent fraud involving a purchase.
3.5 Information from third parties
App stores, advertising providers, operating-system providers, crash-reporting services, and other partners may provide aggregated reports, campaign information, transaction status, security signals, or support information under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Why and how information is used
Where applicable, information may be used to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and update the Services;
- Save settings and support game functionality on your device;
- Validate purchases, restore eligible content, and respond to billing questions;
- Deliver, limit, measure, or personalize advertising where permitted and subject to required consent;
- Understand crashes and technical problems, improve performance, balance difficulty, and develop new features;
- Detect abuse, fraud, tampering, cheating, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
- Respond to support requests and communicate important service or policy changes;
- Comply with law, enforce legal rights, and protect players, the public, and our business; and
- Create aggregated or de-identified statistics that are not reasonably linked to an individual.
Legal bases for processing
Where laws such as the European Union or United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation require a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract when processing is necessary to provide a requested game or purchase; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and supporting the Services; consent where required for advertising, device access, or similar activities; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time through available device, app, or consent settings, without affecting processing that already occurred lawfully.
5. When information may be shared
We do not sell your name, email address, or support messages for money. We may disclose limited information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors may process information for hosting, customer support, security, diagnostics, quality assurance, or other operational purposes under contractual restrictions.
- Advertising and measurement partners. Device or other identifiers and ad events may be made available to ad networks, mediation services, attribution providers, or fraud-prevention services, subject to applicable consent and platform rules.
- Platforms and payment providers. Google, Apple, device manufacturers, and payment providers process information to distribute the game, process transactions, provide platform features, and protect their systems.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful government requests, investigate wrongdoing, enforce agreements, or protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transactions. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.
- With your direction. We may share information when you ask us to or give valid consent.
We may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information for any lawful purpose. We do not attempt to re-identify information that has been properly de-identified, except to test whether de-identification measures are effective or as permitted by law.
6. Advertising, stores, and third-party services
Our games may contain software development kits (“SDKs”), links, or features provided by other companies. These third parties may process information independently under their own policies. Their practices may vary based on your age, region, device settings, consent choices, and the version of the game.
Advertising controls
Where a game includes ads, providers may use device identifiers and contextual information to select, limit, measure, and protect ads. Personalized advertising will be used only where permitted and when any legally required consent has been obtained. You can often limit ad personalization, reset or delete your advertising identifier, and review privacy permissions in your Android or iOS device settings. Blocking personalized ads does not necessarily remove all ads; you may still see contextual or non-personalized ads.
App stores and operating systems
Google Play, Google Play Services, Android, Apple’s App Store, iOS, and related platform services are operated by third parties. Your download history, store account, payment information, device backups, parental controls, and platform analytics are governed by the relevant provider’s terms and privacy notices.
External links
The Services may link to a store listing, advertisement, support page, or other website. Opening an external link may allow that third party to collect information according to its own policy. We encourage you to review the privacy notice of each external service before providing information.
7. Children’s privacy
Our casual games may appeal to a broad audience. We do not knowingly ask children to create a Paradigm Diagnostics account or directly submit personal information in the current game. We design child-directed or mixed-audience processing, when applicable, to follow relevant laws and platform programs, including requirements concerning parental consent, age-appropriate advertising, data minimization, and use of persistent identifiers.
Where we know that a player is a child or where a game is treated as directed to children, we seek to limit data use to what is reasonably necessary to support internal operations, deliver contextual content, maintain security, or provide the game, unless a parent or guardian has provided any consent required by law. We do not knowingly use a child’s personal information for behavioral advertising.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent personal information to us may contact us. We will review the request, verify authority as reasonably necessary, and delete the information when required. Parents should also use device-level parental controls and app-store family settings to manage downloads, purchases, and advertising choices.
8. Retention, deletion, and uninstalling
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was handled, including to provide support, keep required business and transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type and context of the information.
- Support messages may be kept while a request is active and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain service history, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- Purchase records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute-resolution periods required by law.
- Technical logs controlled by us, if any, are generally retained for a limited operational period unless a security issue requires longer retention.
- Local game data remains on your device until you clear app data, reset the device, or uninstall the game, subject to any operating-system backup you control.
Uninstalling stops future information processing by the installed game but does not automatically delete information already retained by an app store, operating-system provider, third party, or us where retention is lawful. Because the current game does not use a Paradigm Diagnostics player account, we may not be able to identify or delete data based only on a device or installation unless you provide sufficient information to locate it.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; appeal a denied request; or complain to a data-protection authority.
You can exercise many choices directly:
- Use device settings to review app permissions and advertising preferences;
- Use the in-game consent interface when one is provided;
- Clear local game data or uninstall the game;
- Manage purchase history and subscriptions through the applicable app store; and
- Contact us using the details below for a privacy request.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority, device, or transaction before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a request where local law permits, but we may require proof of authorization and direct verification from the player.
Some privacy signals, including browser-based opt-out signals, may not technically apply inside a mobile game. Where required, we honor legally recognized preference signals in the context in which we can detect them.
10. Security and international transfers
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Measures may include limiting access, using secure transmission where appropriate, reviewing service providers, minimizing the data handled, and maintaining incident-response procedures. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact us and avoid publicly disclosing details until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may operate in the United States and other countries. As a result, information may be processed in countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards, such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, or other measures recognized by applicable law.
11. Additional regional notices
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
You may contact your local supervisory authority if you believe processing violates applicable data-protection law. Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests include providing a safe and functional game, improving performance, preventing fraud, and responding to players, balanced against your rights and expectations.
California and other U.S. states
Depending on the law that applies, device identifiers used for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “shared,” “sold,” or used for “targeted advertising,” even when no money is exchanged. When required, we provide a method to opt out through an in-game privacy or consent control, device setting, or by contacting us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without legally required affirmative authorization.
Categories of personal information that may be handled are described in Section 3; purposes are in Section 4; recipient categories are in Section 5; and retention criteria are in Section 8. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under California law.
Other regions
Players in other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law. We will respond to valid requests in accordance with the law that applies to the requester and the relevant Service.
Policy changes
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our games, third-party services, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Last updated” date shows when revisions were made. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required, such as an in-game message, store notice, or prominent website notice. Continued use after an update is governed by the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
12. Contact us
For a privacy question or request, include the game name, platform, country/region, and enough detail for us to understand the request. Do not include passwords or full payment-card information.
